Overview

EstateAdmin serves as a comprehensive property management application, handling data about apartments, their occupants, property owners, and associated financial transactions. Following is a breakdown of the key features and user access portals:

Apartment & Resident Management

Records and manages details of residential apartments and their occupants.

Tracks tenancy details like rent, utilities, and other payments.

Quick Check

Click Quick Check button to quickly determine if your Apartment is indebted and avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Login not required, just know the code to your appartment.

Access Categories

The software has three (3) login portals, for Resident, Caretaker and the Administrator

Resident Login

Restricted to viewing information about their specific apartment (e.g. levies, payment history, etc.).
Select Resident from the Role option.

Caretaker Login

Used by property owners or their agents to manage and track all properties under their care. Access includes details on payments, maintenance, and tenants.
Select Care Taker or Landlord from the Role option

Administrator Login

For Estate Managers with access based on assigned privileges. Oversees all aspects of the estate, including tenant and property records, financial transactions, and reports.
